Order Processing Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Cashido reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require verifications or additional information before accepting any order.
If one or more of the items in your order are out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you.
Cashido accepts orders from most countries outside the United States. We are not responsible for any additional charges or custom fees involved in international orders.
Payment Policy
Credit Card
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. These payment methods are accepted by mail, phone, fax or online. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit card. Your card will be billed once the order is sent to our warehouse for processing. Cashido will be the billing name on your credit card statement after placing an order from us.
When using your credit card be sure to provide the exact billing address and phone number your credit card company has on file for that card. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Cashier's Check & Money Order and Business/Personal Check
Any major bank cashiers check, money order, company check and personal check are also accepted. Remember to include the list of items you want to purchase, email address and phone number. These should be sent along with a printout of your order checkout page.
For cashier check and money order payments, we will release orders immediately on receipt of the payment document. For company and personal check, orders will be shipped only after funds are released from your financial institution. This could take up to seven business days after receipt of payment. All checks returned unpaid will subject to a $50.00 fee. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card and paypal, availability of the product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and we cannot reserve or guaranty continued availability.
International Sales
Internatinal payment terms are Letter of Credit, prepayment by check or wire transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). A processing fee is added to all L/C orders. There are no additional processing fees for prepayment or credit card payments. FOB point is Boston, MA. Freight and insurance are borne by the Customer. Unless otherwise noted all international orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Mispricing Policy
Cashido is not responsible for typographical mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an error due to a technical problem in our database or web site, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
We always verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall process a refund to your credit card for the amount of any overpayment you may have been charged.
Shipping Policy
Cashido ships anywhere in the United States and Canada, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern Time on Friday will ship the following business day. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping generally takes 3 to 10 business days. Most orders will ship USPS Ground. In some cases we might use UPS or FedEx, depending on the product and the warehouse where that product is stored. You will be notified by e-mail if there is any extraordinary circumstance.
International shipments vary, depending on location.
Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return/Refund Policy
Returns of merchandise for refund or replacement is subject to manufacturer and/or cost restrictions unless otherwise stated.
- All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization issued by Cashido.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. No COD's will be accepted.
- Unit must be shipped back to our address within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
- We will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
- Returned products must be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Otherwise stated returns are subject to 15% handling and restocking fee.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and the product must reach our warehouse before then. Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number. Products send back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non refundable. Any damages or missing items to the original package will result in additional charges deducted from your refund.
- Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product without additional shipping charges.
- Usually credit is issued within 15 days of return of the product.
- Credit will calculate based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches the warehouse.
Defective Product Returns
Should the product you purchased be defective upon receipt of shipment, you can email or contact our Customer Service to arrange the return shipment and replacement of the product.
Non-Defective Product Returns
If you elect to return the product (non-defective) you purchased, you can email or contact our Customer Service for instructions on returning the product. The amount originally charged to your credit card will be reversed less shipping and handling.
Product Return Process
To return any items back to us please do the following:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting the Customer Service (See Below).
- All items must be in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
- Include a copy of your original invoice with your return authorization number on it.
- Include your mailing address, email address and phone number.
